Debates on the 2019 State Budget draft of Armenia have kicked off at the Ministry of Finance.
Representatives of various state-run agencies are participating in the discussions.
The matters to be submitted to the Prime Minister also are set apart during these debates.
The emphasis is placed on targeted expenditure in order to improve the quality of public services.
