An explosion occurred in the Massilin telecommunication office, Azerbaijan, on February 7 morning.

Three persons were injured, and specialists say people may be under the destroyed structure, Trend reports. Rescue teams are working at the scene.

According to the witnesses the incident claimed two lives.
