On February 8, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring in the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces in Askeran regionn, NKR.

No violation of cease-fire regime was registered. However, the Azerbaijani side, unlike the Karabakhi one, did not lead the OSCE mission to the earlier agreed point of its front-lines, as a result monitoring was conducted from a farther distance.

The monitoring was conducted by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Field Assistants Imre Palatinus and Zhaslan Nurtazin from NKR defense positions, whereas Christo Christov and William Pryor-from the Azerbaijani side, NKR defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
