"The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) has always supported President Serzh Sargsyan. I do not see any prerequisites for it not doing it in future," Galust Sahakyan, Chairman of the RPA parliamentary faction, told journalists Feb. 8.

He is sure that PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan will not run for presidency in 2013.

Armenian News-NEWS.am reminds readers that the two coalition parties, RPA and Rule of Law, have announced their support for Serzh Sargsyan at the presidential election scheduled for 2013. The PAP has not yet made any statements on this point. Tension has lately built up between the RPA and PAP.
