Robert Kocharyan told absolute truth when he said that he personally approved the tickets of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Ruben Hakobyan, Vice-Chairman of the Heritage Party, told journalists.

All the RPA tickets were approved by Robert Kocharyan. "If it goes on like that, there may appear messages saying that incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan was elected with Robert Kocharyan`s consent," Hakobyan said. He pointed out that the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) agrees its tickets with the second Armenian President.

"Robert Kocharyan admitted that the Armenian National Assembly was formed with his consent. However, Armenia has never had such a mafioso-like corrupt Parliament, with such an low intellectual level, formed by Robert Kocharyan," Hakobyan said.

Responding to Armenian News-NEWS.am`s question concerning the possibility of Robert Kocharyan`s "further explanations" in the context of his own statement and RPA members` response, Hakobyan said: "Nothing can be ruled out."

Armenian News-NEWS.am reminds readers that in one of his interviews Robert Kocharyan stated that the RPA ticket was agreed with him.
