Armenian Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and Chairman of the Court of Cassation of Armenia Arman Mkrtumyan have rather strained relations, writes the Hraparak newspaper.

“The two branches are known to be looking for ‘damning facts’ about each other.  According to the information at our disposal, the Prosecutor General informed the President of some cases that involved ‘black money’. One of the cases involved a ruling on release on bail. The case involved a car accident with one killed and several injured. The accused is a relative of a certain Avet from Norahgyugh. The Prosecutor General got angry at the ruling and launched a campaign against Arman Mkrtumyan. They say he will succeed,” the newspaper concludes.
