The first and last Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev  shared his predictions about the upcoming elections in Russia in an interview with British television channel SkyNews.

Gorbachev expressed his opinion that Putin most likely will not participate in 2012 presidential election.

However, he may return to the Kremlin as early as 2018 and then maybe they will exchange posts with the current president, Dmitry Medvedev, transmits EvroSMI.

As reported earlier Armenian News - NEWS.am, Mikhail Gorbachev celebrated his 80 anniversary in London’s Royal Albert Hall.
