All the commitments were fulfilled over the past 2 years, in all the cases overpayment was returned, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said at today’s governmental meeting.

The Government approved procedure under which the exporters will be paid penalties and fines in case overpayments are delayed. “This is an important measure. The Government introduces severe penalties for itself. However, we will do our utmost to prevent such incidents,” Premier Sargsyan said.

A total of 20.6 billion AMD is budgeted for return of overpayments in 2011.
