Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan held a meeting Feb. 11 with Ukrainian FM Konstantin Grishchenko.
The Armenian Government`s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that Premier Tigran Sargsyan pointed out that developing friendship with Ukraine is an important part of Armenia`s foreign policy.

The sides discussed the opportunities for developing cooperation in the fields of transport and trade, metallurgy and food industry, as well as in science and technologies. With respect to bilateral cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the sides stressed the importance of holding Days of Ukrainian Culture in Armenia and Days of Armenian Culture in Ukraine.

Тhe sides also pointed out the importance of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan`s visit to Ukraine scheduled for this year. Premier Tigran Sargsyan re-affirmed the invitation to visit Yerevan addressed to his Ukrainian counterpart Nikolay Azarov.
