Omani Ambassador to Armenia Mohammed bin Avad al-Hosan (residence in Moscow) presented the copies of his credentials to Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian.

The Armenian foreign office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that Minister Nalbandian congratulated the Ambassador on the appointment and expressed hope that the Ambassador will contribute to the development of bilateral relations. Minister Nalbandian pointed out he was the first high-ranking Armenian official to visit Oman as Armenian presidential representative as far back as 1993. The sides discussed bilateral cooperation within international agencies and exchanged views on Middle East problems.
