YEREVAN. – Armenia’s National Security Service disclosed several cases of corruption, and one of them is related to the Armenian NPP.

According to investigators, several individuals having close ties to the NPP officials, sold overpriced NPP equipment under fake documents. Security equipment worth 7 million drams was sold for 33 million drams, thus the damage is estimated at 25 million drams. A criminal case has been launched.

Other cases are related to embezzlement of huge sums in the provinces. Ten criminal case have been launched.
