On his blog, (http://tigransargsyan.livejournal.com/9116.html), Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan commented on reports on outflow of capital from Armenia to Georgia.

"We should be happy about Georgia`s progress," the Premier said. He stressed that rumormongers do not see any difference between business expansion into Georgia and flight of capital from Armenia. He offered the rumormongers to cite concrete examples of "flight" of Armenian business to Georgia. The Armenian Premier stressed that Armenia and Georgia are following different ways of development - Armenia preferred evolution, but Georgia a revolution. He pointed out Georgia`s achievements on tax and customs system and traffic police reforms. Armenia has made progress in banking and insurance.

In their comments, the visitors called on the Premier to take more radical steps to control corruption.
