On February 19, NKR President Bako Sahakyan met with Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and his deputy David Tonoyan.
NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan also attended the meeting. The officials discuss issues on military building, cooperation between two Armenian states and the situation in the contact line, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian-News-NEWS.am.
