YEREVAN. – The Armenian Defense Ministry rejected reports on soldier’s alleged attempt to commit suicide.
“The reports are untrue. The citizen mentioned in the reports is not serving in the Armenian Armed Forces,” spokesperson for the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Samvel Asatryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to media reports, 26-year-old serviceman Vardan Sh. allegedly tried to kill himself from a rifle.
