The Tunisian authorities seek for extradition of ousted president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali from Saudi Arabia. He is charged with use of force while dispersing anti-government demonstrations, RTT news reported.

A “jasmine revolutionl” caused by public discontent with social conditions, corruption and unemployment broke out in the country. Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali fled the country for Saudi Arabia with his family. Former president and his family are also accused of illegal enrichment.
