US President Donald Trump would celebrate New Year at the White House, Washington Post reported. 

According to him, this decision was made to be ready to restore the work of the government, which was terminated over the fail to come to agreement with congressional Democrats on the budget.

“They can come over right now, they could’ve come over anytime. I spent Christmas in the White House, I spent New Year’s Eve now in the White House. And you know, I’m here, I’m ready to go. It’s very important,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News.
