The US President Donald Trump posted on the Instagram a meme declaring that "The Wall Is Coming."
The photo includes a fence or “wall” with steel slats along the bottom.
The US government does not work partially since December 22 as the Democrats in Congress refuse to adopt a budget of about $5 billion to build a wall on the border with Mexico.
Trump, in his turn, refuses to remove these costs from the draft document.
