The US President Donald Trump officially submitted William Barr’s candidacy for the post of Attorney General and head of the US Justice Ministry, CBS reported.
According to the regulations, the legal committee must approve the candidacy of Barr, with the full composition of the Senate, where the Republicans have the majority.
Senate will discuss Barr's candidacy on January 15 and 16.
