I doubt incumbent Armenian authorities will succeed in implementing reforms as part of Armenia’s commitments to European institutions, Head of Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) Vahan Hovhannisyan told a press conference on February 22.

He stressed if he were confident that the Armenian authorities were ready to implement democratic reforms, he would remain within the ruling coalition, not in the opposition. “I doubt the Armenian authorities seek Eurointegration and democratic reforms. The Armenian leadership has repeatedly stated that supports democratic reforms, but it is difficult to indicate concrete terms and prospects for their implementation,” Hovhannisyan underscored.
