YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan’s My Step faction nominated former spokesperson for the PM Arman Yeghoyan as a chairman of the standing committee on European integration.
In his speech Yeghoyan noted the role of diaspora in the work of this standing committee, adding that the experts from the Diaspora can support discussed of bills that are on the table. They can present the necessary knowledge, position and views of the Europeans to have better understanding of the problems.
Yeghoyan also underscored Diaspora’s role in the ratification of Armenia-EU agreement. The Armenians living in Europe can accelerate the process thanks to lobbying efforts.
