Dictatorship is a conflict between the regime and people. As any conflict it is fraught with an outbreak and unpredictable consequences, says the member of the oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC). He also stressed that in the course of his meeting with EU envoy for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrsoyan said any dictatorship is a conflict in itself.

Talking to the journalists ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan said any conflict can be solved through negotiations, while protracted unresolved conflicts may end in war as well.

According to him, international community also realizes dictatorship is not a problem of a certain country but a challenge to international security. The oppositionist noted during the March 1 rally staged by ANC they will try to solve authorities-people conflict, adding the Armenian National Congress will try to do it peacefully.

The Armenian National Congress (ANC) is an oppositional union founded in 2008 headed by first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan. Oppositional union comprises 17 political parties.
