Armenia's Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will leave for an official visit to Tallinn, Estonia, spokesperson for the Armenian foreign office Anna Naghdalyan told reporters.
She said the Foreign Minister is expected to meet high-ranking officials as well as representatives of IT companies.
Mnatsakanyan will also participate in the Munich Security Conference.
