China opposes the interference of external forces in Venezuela’s internal affairs, said the Chinese MFA spokesperson Lu Kang, Xinhua reported․ 

According to him, China also opposes the use of so-called humanitarian aid to achieve political goals and incite instability and even unrest in Venezuela and its surroundings, which is not in the interests of any party.

China urges both the ruling and opposition parties to seek solutions through dialogue within the constitution and laws, and calls on the international community to take actions that truly contribute to the country's stability and economic development of the country, respecting the sovereignty of Venezuela, he added.
