YEREVAN. – On the occasion of Diplomat’s Day, President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has granted diplomatic ranks to several officials of the country.
Sarkissian granted these ranks based on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s respective proposal under the constitution, informed the public relations and media department of the presidential staff.
