The Eurovision music contest in Israel was under threat, The Jerusalem Post reported

The song contest may be cancelled amid escalation of conflict between Israel and Palestine following recent rocket attacks.

According to the source, the official representatives of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) are monitoring the situation.

“Safety and security is always of paramount importance for the EBU. We continue to work alongside KAN and the appropriate Israeli authorities to safeguard the well-being of everyone preparing for and attending the Eurovision Song Contest in May. We will continue to closely monitor the current situation in Israel,” the statement said.
