President Vladimir Putin has signed a law facilitating temporary residence in Russia for certain groups of foreigners, RIA Novosti reported. 

Highly qualified professionals and their family members also will benefit from this law.

In addition, the scope has been expanded of foreigners who can obtain right of residence in Russia but without a temporary residence permit.

Furthermore, temporary residence permits will be granted to certain groups of foreign nationals.

Some similar permission will be granted to some groups of minors, too.
