On the anniversary of the atomic bombings of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, the victims of these bombing were commemorated in Yerevan, too.
The remembrance event was held before the “stone of peace” that was placed several years ago in the capital city of Armenia, with the participation of representatives from the Yerevan Municipality and the Japanese embassy.
