On March 25, Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan and his Georgian counterpart Dimitry Shashkin signed a cooperation memorandum in the field of education and scence in Tbilisi.

The parties agree that collaboration between two countries in the field of education is very important. According to the memorandum the higher education institutions of both countries will conduct joint researches and organize different joint projects. Both countries will promote the exchange of 10 students in accordance with state legislation, the press service of the Georgian Education Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Armen Ashotyan visited general and higher education institutions of the country and got familiarized with the new projects and programs implemented in the scope of the reform.
