Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan met Thursday with representatives of the French THALES Group company.

The company's representative Paul Remi noted that the delegation is examining the opportunities available in Armenia in order to operate and implement projects here. Meetings are planned with representatives of state bodies, as well as Armenian innovation and high technology companies.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted the importance of promoting a high-tech economy. An agreement was reached to continue discussions on cooperation.

THALES Group is a French company that develops e-systems and provides services in the aerospace, defense, transport and security sectors.
