Libyan opposition plans to export oil.
The oil tanker Equator which can carry 1 million barrels is expected on Tuesday in Libya’s port of Tobruk which is controlled by rebels. Qatar intends to be a mediator in oil deals, reports the First Russian TV channel.
Libya is exporting almost 90% of its oil resources. The main consumers are European states, in particular Austria, Ireland, Italy and Switzerland. Part of Libyan oil is exported to China as well.
