Human rights activist, head of the Armenian Helsinki Committee  Avetik Ishkhanyan and Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan wrote to the criminal prosecution body expressing their willingness to verbally and financially vouch for Arsen Babayan, Arsen Babayan’s lawyers said.

On the basis of the guarantee, the supervising prosecutor submitted a petition to change the preventive measure in respect of Arsen Babayan and release him.
