The first meeting of the Armenian parliament's commission of inquiry of studying the mining sector will be held next Tuesday, Zhamanak newspaper reported.
“This commission was created to study the legality of licenses issued earlier in the mining industry. The commission will also examine the compliance with the reality of the investments announced by Lydian Armenia for the Amulsar operation. There are doubts that the figures released by Lydian are exaggerated,” the source added.
