Artur Hovhannisyan, a member of the majority My Step faction at the National Assembly of Armenia, found his car in a damaged condition this morning. He posted photos on his Facebook page and made a post.

“I found my car in the morning in this condition.

I think maybe the dogs did, but I rarely see a wandering dog in our yard, there is no tooth trace, and it’s not enough to be a dog to tear the fender underneath.

If they are not dogs, then I don't understand the meaning,” he wrote.
