YEREVAN. – Zhamanak daily of Armenia writes: "Despite [third President] Serzh Sargsyan's statement and public debate that has started on the matter, there is no matter of arresting Serzh Sargsyan on agenda.
It has a simple explanation: there is no criminal case launched against Sargsyan, he is not an accused in any criminal case. And the government cannot [just] take and arrest him.”
