YEREVAN. - The reasons for Armenian Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan’s discontent are unclear, Ashot Osipyan, Chairman of the Union of Banks of Armenia told journalists on Wednesday.
Osipyan replied to Minister Karapetyan’s recent statement in Armenian parliament. The minister was critical of banks for delaying agricultural loans.
“The problem will be resolved quickly. We need to work rather than make statements,” Osipyan said. “It is incorrect to make statements during negotiations.”
