The Investigative Committee of Armenia has opened a criminal case amid shooting on the Sevan-Martuni highway.
According to the IC, a signal came from the Gavar MC that Gurgen Hakobyan (born 1979) was brought to them with a gunshot wound. The man died in the hospital without regaining consciousness.
Expertise has been appointed.
