YEREVAN. - Vardan Bostanjyan, a parliament member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), views as illogical the speculations about the possibility of a mixed ticket with the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) in the 2012 parliamentary elections.
As regards blocs or alliances, the PAP may issue relevant statements, Bostanjyan told journalists on Thursday.
Bostanjyan also replied to a recent statement by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia and Chairman of the Rule of Law Party Artur Baghdasaryan who did not rule out the possibility of his party running for Parliament on a mixed ticket with the Republican Party of Armenia and the Prosperous Armenia Party.
“Each person can have his or her personal opinion, and I cannot make any comments on Artur Baghdasaryan`s statement,” Bostanjyan said. “The PAP has not discussed this issue.”
