Based on the official data released today, Armenia’s economic activity indicator between the months of January and October of this year is 7.1% compared with the same period last year. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
He particularly stated the following: “In the same period, industrial production has grown by 8.8%, construction — by 4.5%, trade — by 8.9% and service — by 15.1%.
Exports have grown by 7.2%. The average monthly salary has grown by 5.9%. These are quite good, if not great indicators.
So, we have all the grounds to insist that Armenia will record a nearly 7% economic growth this year, and we hope it is even more than 7%.”
