The 50th anniversary of Alexander Spendiarov and the 100th anniversary of Henri Verneuil have been included in the list of major events of the UNESCO in 2020-21.
The decision was adopted during the 40th session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris.
Since 1998, at Armenia’s request, 25 anniversary events have been included in the lists of events.
