On November 27, at 9:51pm, the 911 emergency hotline of Armenia was reported that the car had fallen into a water ditch adjacent to the Masis-Sis motorway.
A rescue team left for the scene.
It turned out that a car had gone off road at the beginning of Sis village in Ararat Province and ended up in a water ditch.
Rescuers pulled the driver (Davit A., born in 1980) out of the water ditch.
