YEREVAN. – On November 28, Anna Hakobyan, the spouse of Armenia’s Prime Minister as well as chair of the boards of trustees of the My Step and City of Smile charitable foundations, visited Movses border village in Tavush Province.
Hakobyan visited the community’s secondary school, her office told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In the framework of her community visit, she also visited the house of culture of Movses.
From the Movses community, she left for one of the combat positions and met with the servicemen performing combat duty.
"I am aware of the criticism; there is no understanding about the visits," Anna Hakobyan told, in particular, to reporters at the end of the visit. “First of all, I’m visiting the combat positions with my husband's exhortation; then, as the prime minister's wife."
