YEREVAN. – I submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office the crime report about the official fraud committed at the municipality about 3 weeks ago, openly, publicly, but there is no response from it. Davit Khajakyan, the head of the opposition Luys faction at the Yerevan Council of Elders, told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

"I think in this case it is reasonable to think that the Prosecutor's Office is waiting for some instructions, and then to deal with this case, and so that later they will not say, 'We did not know,'" he added. "Though I am sure they know, I have also submitted in writing to the Office of the Prosecutor General, listing all the necessary facts."

Yerevan city council opposition faction head asks Prosecutor General to launch criminal case
