STEPANAKERT. - President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on government awards to a number of servicemen.
Senior Lieutenant Rubik Sahakyan has been awarded a Medal of Valor for showing bravery while on duty. Distinguished Service medals were awarded to Captain Khachik Vardanyan and Captain Ruben Vardanyan, for effectively accomplishing military tasks.
