YEREVAN. - The Armenian National Security Service proposes postponing the implementation of some points of the National Security Strategy.
A relevant proposal was put on the agenda of the government session scheduled for April 14, the Armenian government’s press service reports.
The proposal deals with a protected electronic data exchange system at government agencies. The National Security Service explains that the implementation of the program requires special equipment and software.
The program is not being implemented despite the fact that it is to be completed this year. The National Security Service proposes extending the term until 2012.
