The man, who had thrown himself down from the Great Bridge of Hrazdan—more commonly known as Kievian Bridge—in Yerevan, has died in hospital.

On December 23, at about 10:30am, police on duty observed people gathering on the aforesaid bridge.

Police found out that an ambulance staff had transported Aragatsotn Province resident Ruben Y., 64, to hospital from under the Kievian Bridge, and with multi-trauma, shamshyan.com reported.

At around 11:20am, the said hospital informed the police that the man had died at the intensive care unit, and without regaining consciousness.

Forensic medical expertise has been appointed on the incident.
