YEREVAN. – Hraparak newspaper of Armenia writes: The Yerevan Municipality, not yet digesting the KamAZ [trucks’ donation] scandal, continues to accept precious "gifts."

According to our information, the next elite donor is the owner of Jermuk Group, former [ruling] RPA MP Ashot Arsenyan, who donated ten snow-cleaning equipment to the municipality, and in return received a permit to build multi-apartment buildings at the (...) section [of Yerevan] where the Jermuk Group administrative building is.
