YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: The meeting of the MPs from the [majority] My Step faction at the NA [National Assembly] with RA Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan took place yesterday at the central office of the [ruling] Civil Contract party.

The deputies asked the minister to present our security guarantees, as tensions have recently been observed at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Tonoyan presented what the situation was like during this time, and our security guarantees were also presented—in fact, without publicizing anything new, or a secret.

Tonoyan [also] presented details at the meeting with MPs, and said that it was a positive year in terms of achievements, new [military] equipment, ammunition was obtained.
