Hayk Mheryan, the head of Nor Nork district, has submitted a resignation in this capacity, and Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan has accepted it today. Mayor's spokesperson Hakob Karapetyan told about this to Armenian News-NEWS․am.
"He was dismissed upon his own petition,” Karapetyan added, “in connection with moving to another job."
Prior to assuming the post of Nor Nork prefect, Mheryan was Deputy Head of the Police Academy.
