The Republican Party of Armenia spokesperson Eduard Sharmazanov has shared new post on his Facebook amid the latest developments as Constitutional Court head Hrayr Tomayshan has been charged.

"Do you remember when Hrayr Tovmasyan's daughters were summoned to the National Security Servica for interrogation?" Sharmazanov wonders adding that he have said then that if the Constitutional Court failed to comply with Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan's instructions and continued to serve the fatherland rather than the administration, Hrayr Tovmasyan "would be charged with any felony and possibly even arrested."

"The Constitutional Court remains at the height of its constitutional functions, and Nikol Pashinyan continues his repression. This is nothing more than a direct attempt to take the CC by force," he added.
