Judge Gagik Poghosyan of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction will examine the issue of detention of Norayr Panosyan, whose best man is President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, as reported Pastinfo.

According to Pastinfo website, Judge Poghosyan is a close friend of Taron Tovmasyan, who was released from custody after testifying under the case against Norayr Panosyan. Weeks ago, the presses wrote that Tovmasyan had testified against the President of the Constitutional Court under threats.

According to the helpcourt.am system of ratings of judges, Judge Gagik Poghosyan has an extremely low rating among advocates.
